At Unik Resurs, we are currently looking for an Economic Administrator/Assistant for an assignment with our client outside Löddeköping. The assignment is part-time at 50% and is suitable for those who thrive in an administrative role with many contact points and varied tasks within finance.

In the role of Economic Administrator/Assistant, you will work with ongoing economic administration and serve as practical support to the organization. You will be an important part of the daily work and have close collaboration with both finance and operations.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Verification of supplier invoices against purchase orders (PO)
• Management and follow-up of purchase orders
• Review of service providers' timesheets
• Handling of travel expenses, reimbursements, and receipts
• Ongoing economic administration and administrative support to the organization

Your Profile Qualifications

• Experience as an economic assistant or administrator
• Good experience working in SAP
• Familiarity with invoice processing and administrative economic processes
